Priory Theatre Fire 50th Anniversary Ball

Join us for a special evening as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of one of the most significant moments in Priory Theatre's history.
On 4th September 1976, a devastating fire gutted the Priory, destroying years of hard work and dedication. Undeterred, members rallied together to rebuild the theatre, creating the wonderful venue we know today and making significant improvements throughout, particularly to the backstage facilities.
To commemorate the the event, we invite members, friends and family to join us for a memorable Anniversary Ball at Nailcote Hall.
The evening will include:
A welcome reception
Three-course meal (select meal choices when booking)
Music and dancing
A live band
The opportunity to catch up with friends old and new

Members: £45 per person
Non-members: £50 per person

Starter
- Soft bard cheese & blueberry tartlet Dressed rocket leaves & a balsamic reduction (v)
- Duck & orange pate Toasted brioche bread, red onion marmalade & a mixed leaf salad
- Fan of Charentais melon served with a raspberry sorbet and exotic fruit salad (V,VG, GF)
Main
- Roast breast of chicken on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables, green beans and served with dauphinoise potato & a Madeira sauce
- Mediterranean Vegetable Stack Crushed new potatoes and a carrot & thyme (V,VG)
- Braised blade of beef in a Bourguignon sauce, savoy cabbage, roasted vegetables and creamed potatoes
Dessert
- Homemade dark chocolate brownie dark chocolate sauce & salted caramel ice cream finished with spun sugar
- Mango & raspberry Pavlova served with an exotic fruit salad
- Mandarin & cranberry cheesecake served with a red fruit compote finished with spun sugar
